“7 Brew” has been the first name on java fans’ lips for the past several years. The concept has taken the coffee world by storm, and Memphis is no exception. Luckily for area coffee enthusiasts, local franchisee Tim Heeren is ushering in another new storefront soon.

Future regulars still have a bit of a wait between now and enjoying their daily cup of joe from the upcoming 4670 Summer Avenue location. A commercial new construction permit filed with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development outlines the days ahead, showing that the building currently on that lot needs to be demolished before 7 Brew can set up its shingle.

Following the demolition, there will be a: “rebuild with 510sqft building + 270sqft remote cooler, associated parking, landscape and utility construction.”

7 Brew poured its first cup in 2017. The chain found incredible success thanks to its commitment to customer service and rapid serving times-the website explains: “7 Brew was born from a desire to change drive-thru coffee into a fun, mind-blowing experience for everyone. We dreamed of serving premium coffee in record time and making new friends while we’re at it.”

Future Summer Avenue customers can look forward to scratching their coffee itch with a highly customizable menu of java drinks. The titular 7 Brews are specialty drinks unique to the concept, however guests can also opt for classic hot or cold coffee beverages, energy drinks, lemonades, and teas. Smoothies and shakes are also available, and the shop offers a large range of flavored syrups.
