A new American Deli is in the works at 2426 Lamar Ave in Memphis, according to a recently filed Special Use Permit. However, it remains uncertain whether this establishment will be a corporate- or franchisee-owned location.
The space was previously occupied by a drop-off cleaner, and it currently stands vacant. The upcoming project aims to repurpose the existing building, parking, and other facilities and has been designed to seamlessly integrate into the neighborhood.
With approximately a dozen American Deli outlets already established across the greater Memphis area, this new addition, complete with a convenient drive-thru, offers an exciting prospect for the community. Known for its diverse American-style offerings, the menu at American Deli features an array of options including subs, burgers, wings, fried rice, gyros, salads, and more.
