A multinational coffee and donut franchise is expanding in Greater Memphis.
Dunkin’ is planning its latest location within a newly developed 6,000-square-foot commercial complex at 5121 W Union Rd in Millington, according to recently filed city permits.
Site plans indicate that the new 1,969-square-foot eatery will feature both indoor seating and a drive-thru. The single-story project is expected to cost roughly $1.54 million.
Dunkin’ boasts nearly 10,000 locations nationwide and currently operates five in the Memphis area. Millington previously had an outlet on US Highway 51 North, but it has closed. The franchise is known for its coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches.
Franchisee Kamlesh Patel of Harmony Holdings LLC will oversee the new location.
