Restaurateur, Memphis Garrett, is set to bring No Man’s Land Restaurant to Memphis.

According to leasing data reviewed by What Now Memphis, the next No Man’s Land restaurant will sit on the first floor of The Rambler, a new apartment-hotel at 400 South Main Street.

Garrett, who was a runner-up on CBS competition show Big Brother in 2008, and again in 2020, did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the new addition to the No Man’s Land family, though it is confirmed he also has his sights set on another location in Miami.

While what’s planned for the new locations menu is unknown, the currently-open location in Fort Lauderdale, FL, has a menu with a long list of craft cocktails and elevated food items.

In terms of No Man’s Land new station in Memphis, The Rambler is a new apartment-hotel concept founded by Kenny Lipschutz. Lipschutz created the hotel with intentions of having a space for people to stay longer than just a day or two with the same amenities they would get in an apartment setting.
