A casual French-inspired Vietnamese sandwich chain is expanding in Greater Memphis.
Florida-based Paris Bánh Mì is coming to 2362 N Germantown Pkwy, Suite 110 in Cordova. City permits reveal that the 3,685-square-foot space will undergo a $240,000 renovation.
Known for its variety of bánh mìs, croissant sandwiches, and burgers, Paris Banh Mi also offers a range of Vietnamese-style beverages including milk teas, slushies, and coffees.
Franchisee Hiem Dinh told What Now Memphis that the project is still in its early stages, and an official opening date has not yet been determined. Once it debuts, the new spot will join the chain’s existing Collierville location.
