The owner of Sake VS. Tekila of Cordova Jose Flores is ready to open another location, the restaurateur briefly told What Now Memphis over the telephone this week.
Flores was not immediately available to comment further.
The new Sake VS Tekila will be housed on 1250 North Germantown Parkway, according to leasing information reviewed by What Now Memphis.
Leasing documents show that Flores signed on for the lease to start in July 2023. While the environment of this new location is unknown, based on Facebook photos the original location has a classic Mexican spot feel with a Japanese twist. The menu at the new location is unknown, but the current menu offers Japanese classics as well as Mexican food.
