Everybody loves a comeback, and one that features tacos is pretty impossible to beat. A particularly exciting revival is right around the corner for Mississippi foodies; beloved Mexican concept TacosNGanas is getting ready to reopen its Olive Branch location.
The popular Memphis-area chain’s initial run in Olive Branch was relatively short-lived. What Now Memphis originally reported on the taco establishment’s closure-a mere two weeks after its opening-in December of 2024. Owner Greg Diaz explained that the pause in operations was due to logistical complications but assured fans that it was temporary.
After 8 months, Olive Branch diners are seeing their patience rewarded. Though a precise date has not been announced for the location’s revival, TacosNGanas confirmed on its official Instagram account that it anticipates being prepared to serve Olive Branch customers before the end of the month. It is not yet clear whether or not the eatery will be in its original location or a new spot-follow @tacosnganasmemphis on Instagram for updates.
