Memphis’s Medical District is getting its just desserts this spring. Peach Cobbler Factory is bringing sweet, Southern-style treats to the neighborhood, and it’s on deck to open its doors next month, reports Daily Memphian.

The Peach Cobbler Factory will be bringing the titular treat and other delicious sweet favorites to 632 Madison Avenue, in the ground floor space below the 632 Madison apartments. Helmed by franchisees Otis and Janie Jackson alongside manager, partner, and daughter-in-law Tiffany McCrary, the eatery will occupy a 1,600 square foot storefront.

Memphis diners are in good hands with the Jacksons and McCrary; the team has opened three other locations to date. While there is not yet a precise opening date for the Medical District location, it is on track to be customer-ready by mid-April.

McCrary, for her part, is looking forward to the chance to get to know Memphis and its residents a little better at a new location. She states “I’m excited to be in the Medical District. I’m not from Memphis, so I’m excited to get to experience Downtown Memphis more, get to know the people of Memphis that live in that area and be more connected with the city, personally.”

Founded in Nashville in 2013, Peach Cobbler Factory offers more than just its namesake dish. The dessert bar’s menu also features other cobbler options, banana pudding, cheesecake in a cup, milkshakes, and a variety of other mouth-watering sweet treats.
