Beloved South Florida French-style sandwich shop La Sandwicherie is now open in Sunny Isles Beach, at 17008 Collins Avenue. The opening has been seeing “lines for days,” says recent coverage by the Miami New Times.

The New Times also notes that a second opening is in store for the brand in the first half of the year: the reopening (in a new location) of La Sandwicherie’s Brickell restaurant. It’s “expected to open by the second quarter of 2025” at 60 SW Tenth St., the coverage says.

What Now reached out to co-owner Elise Leforestier on Thursday to ask about the plans for the Brickell opening. Leforestier declined to comment at this time.

Which means we’ll have to keep an eye out for any updates on that launch timeline.

Regardless, we’re expecting the same great sandwiches, including Signatures like the Frenchie (French Salami & Brie Cheese), the Napoli (Prosciutto and fresh Mozzarella), and the Terminator (Ham, Turkey, Genoa Salami, and Provolone).
