BurgerFi announced on Tuesday that it is continuing its expansion on the East Coast, according to recent coverage in the South Florida Business Journal. The chain has opened ten new locations in as many months, with several more to come soon, including the Miami Beach location What Now reported on earlier this month.

“We are deeply committed to expanding our footprint across the nation so we can bring our unrivaled all-natural burgers to customers everywhere,” BurgerFi Executive Chairman Ophir Sternberg says in the Business Journal coverage.

The chain is also seeing growth in airport locations. There are BurgerFi locations operating at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Jacksonville International Airport, Buffalo Niagara International Airport, and Raleigh-Durham International Airport. More airport locations are expected next year, including one in Newark International airport and a second location at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood.

The brand’s growth has been explosive, especially since it acquired Fort Lauderdale’s Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza and Wings, which added 61 restaurants to its total.

Long story short: we’re going to be seeing a lot more BurgerFi here on the East Coast.
