Cortadito Coffee House Brickell Location Revealed

The local Cuban coffee house chain is in the middle of a three-location expansion

The southeastern corner of the intersection between Ponce de Leon and Miracle Mile will soon be home to the third outpost of local coffee shop chain Cortadito Coffee House, opening 200 Miracle Mile, in Coral Gables. An additional location, set to open in Brickell, has also been revealed: it will open at 800 Brickell Ave.

“Our idea had never been to do the typical coffee window,” reads the About Us page on the brand’s website, describing a rband offers the best of the big-chain coffee house experience, plus the best of fast-casual dining, and striving to “create a unique experience through food stations where you can find delicious pastelitos, sandwiches along with our complete bowls with Cuban classics such as ropa vieja, roasted pork, black beans, and maduros.”

Cortadito Coffee House currently has two locations in Miami Beach, on Lincoln Road and Washington Avenue. Its beverage menu features coffee and tea drinks, smoothies, juices, and shakes. Try the eponymous cortadito!

Food items include breakfast dishes like the Cuban Breakfast, with scrambled eggs, ham croquetas, and tostadas, and the Pan Con Tortilla (Omelet Sandwich on Cuban Bread with Mayo & Swiss Cheese), plus a selection of other sandwiches, Completa Bowls, and baked goods.

No opening date has been announced for the Coral Gables location, but keep your eyes peeled: it’s coming soon. As for the Brickell location, opening date info is still forthcoming.
