Earls Restaurant Group announced the grand opening of Earls Las Olas, debuting in the heart of Fort Lauderdale on Las Olas Blvd. Inspired by the breezy seaside lifestyle of Fort Lauderdale, the restaurant promises relaxed luxury and a chic day-to-night atmosphere, and officially opened its doors on Saturday, March 1.

Inspired by and designed specifically for Fort Lauderdale, the airy, two-level space spans 9,500 square feet and occupies a prominent spot in the heart of the neighborhood. An expansive, open-air rooftop patio seamlessly connects guests to the energy of Las Olas Boulevard, offering a birds eye view to take in the action while relaxing and unwinding.
The design, led by Earls’ in-house creative team, blends fresh style with timeless appeal, featuring two vibrant bars and a versatile dining area with a flexible layout, accommodating everything from intimate meals to large private events On the exterior, white brick and striped
awnings add a touch of historic charm, and inside, rich mahogany tones (a nod to vintage yachts of the Fort Lauderdale canals) complement playfully patterned fabrics and sandy-textured brick tile flooring. Upstairs, a coral colored stone bar lends a pop of color, and rattan light fixtures create a cozy, inviting glow.
Completing the design is a collection of art created by Florida artists, to include paintings, mixed media, photography, and prints, showcasing the vibrant creativity of the region. Most notably, Earls has commissioned a stunning ocean-inspired mural by the talented female-owned Chalk and Brush Design Co., which beautifully adorns the exterior facade.
With a focus on Modern American cuisine infused with global inspiration, Earls presents a menu that is diverse. From USDA Prime grade steaks to fresh seafood towers and dishes like Sticky Korean Ribs and Spicy Calabrian Pasta, there is something to satisfy every craving. The Tomahawk Maple-Glazed Pork Chop and Wagyu Beef Oshi Press are just a few of the standout items that showcase the culinary expertise and creativity of the Earls team.
Equally impressive is the bar program that draws inspiration from world travels, focusing on bold flavors, high-quality ingredients, and stunning presentation. Earls’ cocktail menu features a lineup of fun and flavorful drinks, highlighted by their famous Margaritas—crafted with fresh-squeezed juice and 100% agave tequilas. Complementing these are timeless classics, original creations, and a carefully curated wine list.
The restaurant will offer a variety of dining experiences throughout the week, including lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Enjoy weekday happy hour (afternoon and late night), along with daily rituals including half-priced martinis & margaritas on Mondays, half-priced
