Word got out about Gabriella’s Modern Italian, the popular New Jersey restaurant expanding to Delray Beach, last summer. At the time, an opening was expected for Fall 2024, but that opening never came to pass. After finding plan review plan review documents submitted by the restaurant, What Now reached out to owner Frank Brusco on Wednesday to ask about plans for the launch.
“I do not have a date yet,” Brusco said—as did an Instagram post published by the restaurant earlier this week:
“From our kitchen to your table, your next favorite restaurant is almost here,” the post said. “Dates announced soon.”
So we’ll be continuing to keep an eye out for any date updates!
“Gabriella’s Modern Italian, located in the heart of Delray Beach, Fl, provides an extraordinary dining experience with exquisite food, delicious cocktails, and unmatched service,” says the brand’s website. We’re looking forward to hearing more about the menu!
