Born in Manhattan and having expanded into markets all over the country with a total of more than 30 locations, Gregory’s Coffee is preparing to expand its South Florida footprint with its third location in the area. The new Gregory’s is “Coming Soon” to Coral Springs shopping mall Coral Square.

The menu features broad selection of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso classics like the cafe latte and cortado, along with cold brews and tea lattes like the Matcha Latte and Iced Chai.

On the food side are cafe/breakfast-style bites and baked goods like the Maple Pecan Croissant, the Ham and Cheese Croissant, and the New Yorker (the classic New York breakfast sandwich! Crispy bacon, egg and American cheese, served warm on a buttery brioche bun).

“We see each of you,” says a statement from founder Gregory Zamfotis on Gregory’s website’s About page. “We see the self-starters, the busy parents, the new hires, and the night owls—each with different ambitions, hustling toward unique purseuits. It’s clear your anything but regular. You’re one of us. You’re Gregulars. And that makes you family.”

Zamfotis was not immediately available for comment on Friday.
