As West Palm Beach’s upcoming Nora District prepares to go into Phase I in 2025, a unique new cafe born in New Jersey is preparing for a launch there. Headed up by Nick and Renee Vorderman, Sunday Motor Co. will open its first Florida location (and second overall) there next year, becoming a haven for the area’s coffee- and car-lovers, according to coverage by the Palm Beach Post.

Coming from a family background in car sales, the Vordermans decided to launch a project that would blend a love of cars with the experience Nick had gained working in hospitality in New York City and Renee in interior design. Sunday Motor Co. was born in 2019.

Named for its Sunday car-collector gatherings, Sunday Motor Co. will be a great place for car-lovers to gather and geek out. Make no mistake, though, the Palm Beach Post coverage stresses that the cafe is friendly to all, not only car lovers.

The menu will feature “coffee, egg dishes, toast flights, sandwiches and salads,” the coverage says—all “served in a space brimming with auto-themed accessories and memorabilia.”
