Vegan Puerto Rican eatery La Chia Vegana will soon open a Lake Worth Beach spot at 121 S Dixie Hwy, according to recent public records. This news may be significant to local devotees of the establishment when it previously existed in West Palm Beach.
“We’re getting closer,” a recent Instagram post states, showing two people painting the restaurant’s interior. “I can’t hardly wait for you to see and feel the love that is being projected into this space.”
While it’s not immediately clear how the restaurant’s menu or general identity will change in the Lake Worth Beach space, recent social media activity suggests that the restaurant is still serving up its signature empanadas.
“We’ll be serving up mouthwatering empanadas and our special empanadas meal deal featuring quinoa con gandules & repolla mix,” La Chia Vegana stated before a recent pop=up appearance at the Manigest Wellnesss Market.
No opening date has been announced.
