This week, Taubman Realty Group and Live! Hospitality & Entertainment, a division of the Cordish Companies, announced the opening of Vivo!, a new 62,000-square-foot dining and entertainment space opening this summer in Miami. Vivo! will open at the Dolphin Mall, located at 11401 NW 12th Street.

Alongside Live! Hospitality & Entertainment’s groundbreaking Sports & Social concept, Vivo! Dolphin Mall will be home a new outpost of PBR Cowboy Bar, a concept born out of a partnership between Cordish and PBR (Professional Bull Riders), the world’s leading bull riding organization. PBR Cowboy Bar will offer high-energy music, two expansive bars, private VIP tables and bottle service, and—don’t forget—a mechanical bull.

“17 years ago we entered in partnership with Cordish and opened in Kansas City, Missouri,” PBR CEO Sean Gleason told What Now on Wednesday. “The bars have been a fantastic expansion of the PBR brand ever since. We’re the number one Western lifestyle bar—if not the number one bar—in a lot of our markets.”

PBR Cowboy Bar will thrive on live country music, inviting some of the biggest names in the genre. Thus far, PBR locations have welcomed artists like Luke Bryan, Old Dominion, and Justin Moore.

“Some people try to be all things to all people. Not us. We’re a good-time cowboy bar,” another representative told What Now on Thursday. The representative added, “PBR has big plans for Miami in our long-term future.”
