Offering a selection of favorites from Argentinian cuisine, Patagonia Nahuen has been hard at work growing its footprint in South Florida.

Having recently opened a new location in North Miami, at 12409 Biscayne Blvd, Patagonia Nahuen is now preparing to expand into Pembroke Pines, with a new location at 16024 Pines Blvd #102, where company president Juan Amorosi says a launch is planned for November.

“We have plans to continue growing, too,” Amorosi told What Now in a phone conversation. “We’ve been doing one new location per year, but I think by the end of 2025 or 2026 we’ll be doing multiple.”

“Our Patagonia Nahuen stores offer a menu of original Argentine favorites,” says the Patagonia Nahuen website. “We take the beloved Argentine and South American bakery tradition into the next generation, offering pastries, sweets, desserts and empanadas, along with a variety of entrees, sandwiches and salads for lunch or dinner.”

The Pembroke Pines location will be a special one, Amorosi added.

“It’s going to be a bit bigger, and even nicer inside. We’re taking our time with it, trying to do a little more.”
