Plan Review Filed for Popular MILA Miami Concept

The proprietors of MILA may be seeing progress on a forthcoming concept.

Someone on behalf of MILA Miami filed for a plan review on March 8 at 800 Lincoln Road, which is right beside 1636 Meridian Ave, the location of the current MILA concept. 

According to a Community Newspaper report, the Gregory and Marine Galy are planning to open V by MILA, which will appear beneath the rooftop venue of the original concept. Guests can expect omakase dining, a members-only salon and bar and a lounge area complete with a DJ. The report sites that they are planning to open V by MILA this month. 

Galy has yet to respond to What Now’s request for comment. It appears that this plan review is related to the anticipated concept, but that has not been confirmed. 

Gregory Galy, who is the CEO and Founder of Riviera Dining Group, will bring South Florida another exciting concept in late 2022. Casa Neos will be a 30,000 square foot hub featuring an open air Mediterranean restaurant, a members-only beach club, five boutique hotel rooms, and a rooftop lounge. It will appear in Miami River in Brickell. An exact opening date is unknown.
