Kendall’s Palms at Town & Country is about to add to its impressive roster of lifestyle and dining options when Pura Vida Miami opens this summer.
The shopping center and its owner/operator Kimco Realty announced that Pura Vida Miami will move into the center, located at 11800 Mills Drive at the corner of SW 88th Street (Kendall Drive) and the Florida Turnpike. The 3,425 square-foot restaurant is scheduled to open this summer — just in time for guests to cool off with a refreshing beverage and light meal.
Pura Vida Miami is known for its bright, modern design and signature sandwiches, coffees, and salads. Founded in 2012 by Omer Horev, Pura Vida has become more than just a place to eat — it’s a full-on lifestyle brand that focuses on offering chef-driven foods, artisanal coffee and matcha, and even clothing and household items. Today, there are more than 40 locations, with the Miami-born restaurant expanding throughout the state of Florida and into New York City, Maryland, and California.
In addition to Pura Vida, The Palms at Town & Country is also welcoming Jetset Pilates, Cava, and Yoga Joint in the coming weeks and months, securing the center’s reputation as place to go for mindful living. In a press release, Katie Wycoff, director of real estate
at Kimco Realty Corporation said, “As the Palms at Town & Country continues to grow, we’re focused on introducing brands that complement the existing mix and strengthen the property’s position as a premier neighborhood destination in Kendall.”
