Revered food and beverage team Sant Ambroeus Hospitality Group is expanding its eponymous Sant Ambroeus restaurant concept in South Florida. Sant Ambreous, the globally recognized Milan-born restaurant that already has one location in Palm Beach, will add a second Florida location in Miami Beach.

The new Sant Ambreous will open on the ground floor of the Fifth Miami Beach in late 2025, according to recent coverage by the Miami New Times.

“Sant Ambroeus is a distinctive restaurant brand where every aspect of a guest’s experience has been carefully crafted,” SA Hospitality VP of Business Development Gaetano Guarducci says in the New Times coverage. “In selecting our first Miami location, it was important that our home be unique, well-dsigned, and thoughtful, all core tents that mirror the Sant Ambroeus philosophy.”

Like the Palm Beach location, Sant Ambroeus Miami Beach will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Standouts from the Palm Beach dinner menu include pasta choices like Lobster Pasta and Linguine with Crab, along with Main Courses like the Wagyu Skirt Steak and the Branzino Isola Style, oven-roasted and served with fresh tomato sauce, caper berries, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
