Shoma Bazaar, Doral’s cultural hub offering unmatched cuisine, welcomes Chick’ N Jones and Camila’s Patisserie as its newest vendors. These culinary concepts join Shoma Bazaar’s variety of vibrant vendors, further expanding the dining hub’s scope of worldly tastes. Chick’ N Jones opened on March 1, and Camila’s Patisserie will follow on April 1.

Chick’ N Jones, led by Chef Amaris Jones, redefines Soul Food with a modern twist, combining rich cultural traditions and innovative flavors. Drawing inspiration from her Philadelphia upbringing and family roots, Chef Amaris crafts soulful dishes that resonate with food lovers from all walks of life. Conceived initially as a pop-up concept in 2014, Chick’ N Jones is now a beloved brand, finding permanent homes across South Florida — now, Chick’ N Jones will bring its flavorful offerings to Doral, solidifying its place in Miami’s dynamic dining scene. Guests can enjoy the menu offerings of organic fried chicken, hearty sandwiches, fresh salads, and the crowd favorite sweet potato biscuits.
Camila’s Patisserie was founded in 2023 by Claudia Aponte, who created the concept in honor of her daughter, Camila. Crafted using traditional Spanish baking techniques, Camila’s Patisserie boasts an assortment of cheesecakes infused with vibrant Latin flavors — a product of her passion and resilience, these cheesecakes deliver a diverse, innovative and sweet menu. Signature cheesecakes on the menu include the Guavalicious, the Ube Fusion Fiesta, the Maple Bacon Pecan Paradise, the Florida Orange Creamsicle, and sugar-free and gluten-free options for patrons with dietary restrictions. At Camila’s Patisserie, every cheesecake has a story.
Founded by real estate development firm Shoma Group, Shoma Bazaar is a culinary and beverage destination in Doral. It offers unique programming and diverse culinary options, including American, Italian, Latin, and Asian cuisine. Shoma Bazaar is located at 9420 NW 41st St, Doral, FL 33178. Its hours of operation are Sunday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Thursday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.; and Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.
