Talkin’ Tacos, the “food truck turned fast-casual Mexican eatery serving scratch-made, innovative, and Instagram-worthy dishes” announced this week that it would launch its second Palm Beach County location in Boynton Beach on April 11—today! It’s open, and you can check it out at 290 Congress Ave.

“We’re excited to expand our presence in Palm Beach County and continue to share our love for authentic, bold Mexican flavors with this amazing community,” Mohammad Farraj, co-founder of Talkin’ Tacos, said in a press release. “Our team is passionate about offering guests an unforgettable dining experience and look forward to making this new location and our upcoming additional Palm Beach County locations the home for taco lovers.”

Wait, wait—“upcoming additional Palm Beach County locations”?

That’s right! The press release adds that, in addition to the Boynton location opening today, Talkin’ Tacos is planning two more openings just in time for summer: in Delray Beach and in West Palm Beach. (What Now reached out on Thursday to Executive Director Daryl Perez to inquire about the specifics on these two locations; Perez was not immediately available.)

“The innovative chef-driven menu will offer guest favorites including Birria Tacos, Mahi Mahi Burrito, Birria Ramen and Street Corn in a Cup,” says the press release. “A signature feature of the menu is the beef birria which is braised each day for 12 hours before completing the cooking process. Guests can also indulge in desserts like loaded Churros and Tajin & Chamoy gummies and sip on homemade specialty beverages such as lemonades, horchatas and mangonadas.”

Since its founding in South Florida in 2020, Talkin’ Tacos has grown to encompass 21 restaurants. And the growth shows no sign of stopping now!
