The smoothie shop will join other health-conscious tenants at the upscale apartment complex

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is opening a new shop right at Doral’s Century Town Center.

El Aurian, Inc. just filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to open a Tropical Smoothie Cafe at 8173 107th Avenue, Suite 103, the site of  Century Town Center. The upscale apartment complex confirms the news on its site, stating that Tropical Smoothie Cafe will join other health-conscious tenants such as JetSet Pilates, Rumble Boxing Gym, My Salon Suite, and Kidstrong.  An opening date has not been announced.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is an all-in-one spot for breakfast, lunch, and snacks, offering smoothies, salads, bowls, wraps, flatbreads, and ‘dillas.  The cafe also offers cookies, for those who like to balance their meals with a sweet ending. The restaurant also has a dedicated kids’ menu, and can cater gatherings, meetings, and parties.

In 1993, Eric Jenrich, Delora Jenrich, and David Walker started Tropical Smoothie Cafe by selling smoothies on the beach in Destin. Now, there are more than 1,400 locations with the company growing through franchise partners. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is popular for its healthful options that cater to people on the go.
