A new spot for wine and daiquiris is in the early stages of planning in West Palm Beach, near the intersection of Seventh Street and North Rosemary Avenue. Wild Rose Wine & Daiquiri Bar, the new bar in question, is in the works at 620 Seventh Street, according to plan review paperwork submitted by Wild Rose Enterprise, LLC.

Few details are available yet about Wild Rose, and no hints about the menu apart from the name (wine and daiquiris!) are out just yet.

What Now reached out on Tuesday to Kimberly, one of Wild Rose’s owners, who said that, for the moment, it’s still too early to share the details.

“We’re about a year from opening,” she said. “Maybe ten months.”

We’re hoping to receive more information in due course, so be sure to check back for updates: this new wine and daiquiri bar will likely debut next winter.
