Louisiana, a new soul food restaurant with a jazz ambiance, will open soon in Centropolis Laval at 1799 Av. Pierre-Péladeau.

Jack Gaspo, Cedrick Vanier, and Lino Lozza are bringing the project to life, with interior design by Anonymus Concepts and construction by Groupe Manovra. While this highly anticipated restaurant is currently under construction, it’s unclear exactly when it’s expected to open.
Centropolis is a vibrant lifestyle destination in Laval, featuring over 100 establishments, including 31 restaurants and 12 shops. The area attracts more than 7.6 million visitors annually and offers a mix of upscale dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences. Notable dining options include LOV, Elixor, ZIBO!, and Monza.
Centropolis is an excellent location for Louisiana’s debut. The area gets plenty of foot traffic and draws in people looking for good food and entertainment. It already has a solid mix of restaurants and venues, so Louisiana’s twist on Southern cooking and jazz vibe should fit right in.
