Birdie’s Craft Coffee

Faith Adair opened Birdie’s Craft Coffee with a soft launch. The café channels nostalgia and rock ’n’ roll vibes in a “cool grandma” setting inspired by Adair’s great-grandmother and daughter. A ribbon-cutting and one-month celebration are planned for November 7.

The Sicilian Baker

The Sicilian Butcher and The Sicilian Baker debuted their first shared Tennessee location on October 10. The concept brings house-made pasta, a build-your-own cannoli bar, and classic Italian pastries as the brands expand beyond the Southwest.
Chef Joey Maggiore’s menu features family-style Sicilian platters, signature pastries, and other house-made desserts. Guests can expect a balance of traditional Sicilian recipes and modern twists on Italian classics. Explore more about the restaurant here.
Philippe Chow

Philippe Chow, a celebrated New York restaurant, has introduced modern Beijing-style cuisine to Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood. Known for its fine dining and signature dishes like Peking Duck and Chicken Satay, Philippe Chow opened its first Tennessee location on October 17 at Cummins Station.
Founder and executive chef Philippe Chow, along with Chef Jason Francisco, will oversee the Nashville kitchen. The brand first launched on New York’s Upper East Side in 2005. Learn more about the restaurant here.
