Shipley Do-Nuts franchisee Virentes Partners Group has announced that the group’s first Shipley Donuts location in Nashville will be heading to Nashville Yards in 2025.

The spot will go into the office building along Church Street in Nashville Yards, with a target opening date in May, according to reporting by Nation’s Restaurant News. The location is part of a 22-unit deal with the doughnut brand for the Nashville, Jacksonville and Tampa markets.

The announcement comes alongside news of Virentes Partners Group also bringing a Sweet Paris Creperie and Cafe to Nashville Yards, as recently reported by What Now Nashville.

“Nashville Yards is one of the most important multi-use developments in the last decade and will greatly enhance the already spectacular vibrancy of entertainment, commerce and residential living in Nashville,” Jim D’Aquila, managing partner of Virentes Partners Group, said in a statement to Nation’s Restaurant News. “We are very excited to bring Shipley and Sweet Paris to this special setting and believe these stores will be flagship locations for our beloved brand partners.”

Shipley Do-Nuts has more than 360 locations across 12 states and is known for its wide variety of doughnuts and kolaches.

More locations from Virentes Partners Group are on the way to the Nashville market. However, additional locations have yet to be announced.
