Music City Pizza & Pasta is looking to open at 2703 Gallatin Pike in East Nashville, according to a permit filed with Metro. The permit calls for interior renovations to the space.

The address formerly housed Juice Pow, which has since closed in the 2,500-square-foot space at the location.

Details remain largely unknown regarding the Music City Pizza & Pasta concept. As of now, information regarding design, menu and opening timeline have not been revealed.

Oday Maloul is listed as the contact on the permit. Maloul formerly worked at Roma Pizza & Pasta, according to online documents. Maloul did not respond to requests from What Now Nashville for additional information about the Music City Pizza & Pasta concept.

The spot will be near fellow businesses such as Mexican restaurant Las Maracas East, Anytime Fitness and Smoothie King.

East Nashville has attracted other pizza spots, as well. Sho Pizza Bar from well-known chef Sean Brock recently opened in East Nashville.
