Local hotel development group Pinnacle Hospitality Partners is looking to add a 15-story hotel development to the SoBro area at 422 Rep. John Lewis Way S.

Spanning more than 150,000 square feet, it is expected to include 281 rooms, lounges, meeting spaces and a rooftop restaurant, according to a post on Josh Roger’s Instagram page.

The project, dubbed Hotel Sliver, is still in the planning stages. Nashville Guru reports that it is expected to deliver in 2027.

Plenty of hotels are in development across Nashville. Ritz-Carlton has a project underway in the Gulch and Nobu is planning a hotel and restaurant along the East Bank. Tidal Real Estate Partners also has a hotel project on the way to the Gulch.

Further details remain unclear at this time. Hotel Sliver is still in the early stages of planning and development.
