New private member club Lodge2A has announced plans to join Cummins Station in 2026, according to a release. The club will span a 16,000-square-foot space, offering a place for members to build community, relax, dine and enjoy technology-driven virtual shooting sports. It is dedicated to maintaining “the essence of the American spirit.”
“Lodge2A is first-and-foremost a private social club where our members can connect and unwind with incredible food and beverages in a completely comfortable environment. Whether it be a lunch, an afternoon drink after work, a dinner, or a night out, our club will be a captivating retreat,” Andy Williams, co-founder and CEO of Lodge2A, said in the release. “From the moment you walk through the door, you will be transported to an alluring destination complete with luxury-level, personalized service featuring premium food curated by noteworthy chefs.”
The space will feature a bold design by HLGStudio, with elements such as private dining areas, meeting spaces, a stage for live events and speakeasy-style nooks. The menu for the food and beverage offerings is still in the works.
Lodge2A will offer high-quality, immersive virtual shooting technology across eight simulator bays, offering a variety of options ranging from target practice to hunting scenarios. There will be leaderboards and challenges for members, as well as an app that will help members track their progress.
“We are leveraging previously inaccessible technology to provide a realistic and stimulating shooting experience that will appeal to everyone from novices just looking to have fun to advanced shooters looking to train and improve their real-world skills,” Williams said.
Williams and his co-founder Tyce Miller both have a background in technology, and Miller also previously served in the Marine Corp and the National Guard. During his service, Miller gained insight into military-grade firearm simulations and scenarios. Ultimately, his military background and love of the country and its history inspired the forthcoming concept.
“As the tech got better over the years, I had the idea to bring that same level of simulation, iterate on it, commercialize it and bring it into a private club setting,” Miller told What Now Nashville. “We’re focusing on making it fun and accessible, and creating an area that celebrates American values.”
The idea of a private member club excited Williams, who has had positive experiences with them in the past and views them as an effective way to connect people with like-minded individuals. Williams and Miller have built a team of restaurateurs, software developers and firearms instructors to launch the Lodge 2A concept.
For Miller and Williams, Nashville stood out as an ideal location for the concept’s debut.
“We feel blessed to have found Cummins Station. It’s the intersection of perfect and perfect for us,” Williams said.
The virtual shooting technology employed for Lodge2A was previously accessible largely to military and law enforcement. The virtual element minimizes the dangers associated with a traditional shooting range.
“Lodge2A offers the safest possible environment for people to learn how to shoot,” Williams said. “There is no live ammunition, it is all virtual. The simulation erases any risk that can be associated with shooting, leaving only the fun, the training and the competition.”
This summer, Lodge2A will open a 2,000-square-foot experience center at Cummins Station to offer a preview into what the facility will offer when it opens next year.
The Nashville location will be the first for the Lodge2A brand. However, they hope to open up other locations in other markets across the country in the future, including Charlotte, Tampa, Austin, Houston, Scottsdale and Atlanta. They plan to do simultaneous searches in multiple markets moving forward, with hopes to open five or six clubs by 2030.
