Jon Murray, Wilson Brannock and Dung “Junior” Vo are looking to bring a new concept to the Nashville market, with plans to take over the space that formerly belonged to Tin Angel at 3201 West End Ave., according to the Nashville Business Journal.
The team, known for their popular restaurant Noko, submitted a permit in September to renovate the space to make way for KUYA, which is described as a full-service restaurant on the permit.
Details regarding the concept remain scarce and it appears that the new restaurant is still in the early stages of development.
Noko opened in 2023 in East Nashville, bringing an Asian-inspired menu to customers. Signature dishes include Wagyu Brisket with Noko’s house-made Asian spice rub and Smoked Gochujang Hot Wings.
The team followed Noko with a second concept, unveiled in late 2024. Located near Noko, Kase x Noko offers a 14-seat omakase sushi bar and a small Japanese-inspired cocktail bar.
Stay tuned for updates on the new concept as it progresses.
