According to a press release, the brand new 12 South Collection development at 2803 12th Ave. S. has just announced one of its two restaurant tenants, The Henry, will occupy suites 105 and 201, encompassing a two-story dining concept that the Phoenix-based Fox Restaurant Concepts is bringing to Music City.
An opening timeline is forthcoming. It’s likely the restaurant could open doors as early as Q2 2024, depending on permitting and construction.
Fox Restaurant Concepts already boasts an impressive roster of Nashville establishments, like The Twelve Thirty Club, Blanco Cocina + Cantina, Doughbird, and most recently its speakeasy-esque Pushing Daisies cocktail lounge. The brand was formed by founder Sam Fox in 1998 and reaches coast-to-coast with its 60+ upscale American restaurants.
The Henry serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and already has locations in Arizona, California, Florida and Texas. The new 12 South location is sure to fit in with other trendy all-day dining concepts like Hearts and Frothy Monkey, though it will distinguish itself from others by being 12 South’s first rooftop patio. Permits note the space will also feature a first-floor full bar, a second-floor dining room with an open glass kitchen, and an indoor/outdoor bar.
The Henry’s menu offerings can accommodate just about anyone with its wide menu serving handcrafted coffee, curated cocktails, entrees like rotisserie chicken and rigatoni alla vodka, and an extensive wine list.
Customers can keep updated with The Henry on its website, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
