Acclaimed chef Robbie Wilson and his wife Emily Perry-Wilson recently opened SuperNormal, where they have been dishing up American classics like burgers, hot dogs and soft serve.
They will also be opening the long-anticipated Lion’s Share, which is expected to open later this year in the McCabe’s Pub space.
However, the Wilsons have more in the way of long-term goals for Nashville. Ultimately, the couple hopes to bring one more location to the Sylvan Park area, according to reporting by the Nashville Business Journal. At this time, the team is focusing on SuperNormal and the Lion’s Share opening, so further development of a concept is still to come.
Robbie previously worked on the culinary scene in Nashville before he relocated to California in 2012, where he opened acclaimed restaurants like BIRD DOG in Palo Alto. The Wilsons closed BIRD DOG last fall as they moved on to their Nashville projects.
The Wilsons appear to have plans to continue to expand their portfolio in Music City moving forward.
