Currently operating out of a kiosk inside the Acadiana Mall, The Churros Boutique is planning to open a full cafe in Youngsville in March 2025. The desert kiosk is known for its tricked-out churros that are filled with chocolate caramel, or other sauces. Churros can also be topped with fresh fruit or candy. In addition to serving their namesake dessert, the new Churros Boutique location will also offer milkshakes, smoothies, frozen yogurts, and sweet and savory crepes, according to Developing Lafayette. The new location will be in a Youngsville plaza at 2761 E Milton Ave Suite C-1. The original location in the Acadiana Mall will continue to operate after the new cafe opens.
The Churros Boutique opened in 2018 and has been slowly expanding its offerings over the years. In addition to serving more customers, the company also caters for events like weddings and quinceañeras. Owners Daniel and Melissa Esteban are originally from Colombia.
