The owners behind Bangin’ Birds indicated multiple times in their filings that the restaurant will not emphasize rapid service and encourage guests to sit down for their meal. Documents also indicated that guests would pay before eating and have access to a condiment bar. There will also be a trash receptacle for self-service bussing.
