The first-ever location to combine Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin-Robbins, and Jimmy John’s is being planned for Lafayette Parish. Florida-based franchisee Aakash Management Co. recently purchased a building at 110 Hector Connoly Rd. in Carencro for the three-headed location. All three companies fall under the Inspire Brands corporate umbrella. While there are other Inspire franchise locations that combine three brands, the location being planned for Carencro is the first to include these three specific brands. According to The Advocate, the location being planned for Lafayette Parish is being seen as a test run of sorts for this particular combination. What Now New Orleans has reached out for more information.

The new location will be in a former restaurant space that used to be Soul Haus, which What Now New Orleans reported last year. That restaurant closed in March. The building will be converted for the new franchise locations, but details on how the brand will be represented on the exterior have not been released.
