With more than a dozen mobile and brick-and-mortar locations, Brooke’s Sno-World is a rapidly expanding snowball chain that recently announced a new location in Ascension Parish. According to Facebook posts, the new location will be in Prairieville at 40255A Hwy 42. Franchisees Amanda and Dave Parfait are currently interviewing candidates to fill all positions. In addition to a wide range of snowball flavors, the new location will also offer hamburgers, funnel fries, various frozen treats, and the chain’s famous Roast Beef Sundae. Brooke Carrere founded Brooke’s Sno-World in Houma in 2007, having more than two decades of snowball stand experience. The first franchise location opened in Thibodeaux in 2018, and the company has rapidly expanded in the region ever since then.
