Specializing in flatbreads and crave-able comfort foods, the Street Food Munchies food truck located in the Baton Rouge area is getting a second, more permanent location. In addition to the food truck’s permanent residency at 4746 Main St. in Zachary, Street Food Muchies will have a food stall in the Mall of Louisiana, with an opening date set for late spring.
The current food truck menu features flatbreads, loaded fries and seafood baked potatoes, along with a range of soft drinks. The truck has also offered numerous specials, including deep-fried boudin balls, gumbo and creamy seafood pasta. According to BRProud, the new stall inside the mall’s food court will also have nachos and pasta dishes. A grand opening celebration is set for June 1 and the food stall will be open seven days a week.
