Based in the first floor of the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI), Twisted Waffles is a brunch spot preparing to open a location inside the Chateau LeMoyne hotel at 301 Dauphine St. in the back of the French Quarter. According to a permit filing with the City of New Orleans, the hotel location of Twisted Waffles will be a full restaurant and bar. The hotel’s previous restaurant closed in 2019, according to the filing. An opening date has been set for late December.

The current Twisted Waffles café at NOCHI is known for its range of sweet and savoy waffle-based dishes, including a banana split waffle and chicken and waffles. The current location also has a kids’ menu and a full espresso bar.
