The aptly-named Only Coffee is a to-go café being planned for 636 Saint Ann St. that will strictly sell coffee and coffee-based drinks. According to one permit filing with the City of New Orleans, Only Coffee will sell retail coffee, drip coffee, espresso drinks, cold brew, and related coffee beverages. The official website adds that it will also sell affogato and “only vanilla” soft serve ice cream. The filing indicates that the cafe is take-out only, and no food will be available.

The official website also indicates that Only Coffee is inspired by Austrian coffee culture. The About section says the owners are “fanatical coffee geeks who moved from Salzburg to America with one mission: serve the best f***ing coffee you’ve ever tasted.”

According to a separate permit filing, Only Coffee also plans to serve to-go alcoholic beverages. That filing does not indicate if those alcoholic beverages will also be coffee-containing. What Now New Orleans has reached out for more information.
