After opening two locations in the Capital Region last year, Peach Cobbler Factory franchisee Iris Nettles-Pugh is preparing to open another location in Ascension Parish later this year. The new location is set to open in the late winter and will be in Gonzales at 625 W. Highway 30 Suite B, which is inside a mixed-use development called Heritage Crossing, according to BRProud.com. The current locations in Baton Rouge have been marketing late-night delivery of Peach Cobbler Factory’s sweet treats, from cobblers to cookies, and the new location will also likely feature late-night delivery service.

Last year, What Now New Orleans reported on the newest regional location that opened in Zachary back in June 2024. The second Capital Region location opened last November. Peach Cobbler Factory recently laid claim to the title of fastest-growing dessert chain in the US, but most reports indicate Crumbl currently wears that crown.
