Founded in Lafayette and now with numerous locations spread across multiple Gulf states, Pedro’s Tacos & Tequila Bar is planning to build a new location in Destination Pointe, a hot commercial development in Lafayette Parish. The Tex-Mex restaurant is one of the latest brands to announce a location in the Destination Pointe development, which is located in Scott and currently anchored by a Super 1 Foods market. Other major brands coming to the development include Waffle House and Shaq’s Big Chicken.
