With a few locations in the Midwest and one in Baton Rouge, Juicy Seafood is a Cajun-inspired restaurant chain planning to open a location in the Central Business District near the Caesars Superdome at 1200 Poydras St. Operating partner Qing Wu recently told What Now New Orleans that the Juicy Seafood location will resemble the one in Baton Rouge, which has a menu of different seafood boil combos. Those combos will include lobster, crabs, shrimp, corn, and potatoes tossed in sauces with varying heat levels. Crawfish will be available seasonally. Wu said an opening date has not been set.

In addition to seafood boils, Juicy Seafood also offers a range of classic American starters, sides, fried foods, and desserts. Given the proximity to the Superdome, the planned Juicy Seafood location will be an ideal spot for visiting fans seeking a Cajun-inspired restaurant with a little something for everyone.
