With the motto: Eat Healthy! Eat Delicious! Carrot Express’ mission is quite straightforward. This fast-casual chain offers a range of dining options for guests hoping to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Carrot Express serves açaí bowls, soups, wraps, ciabattas, burgers, sweet potato bowls, freshly squeezed juices, power shots, smoothies and of course salads.
Carrot Express currently has four open locations in Manhattan. Now that the signage has gone up at Brookfield Place, it seems that the fifth New York city spot is soon to open.
The chain was founded in 1993 by Mario Laufer in Miami Beach. Since then the brand has grown to over 30 locations in South Florida and New York City. The brand serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for dine-in, take out and delivery.
A photo by @newopeningsnyc shows the new Carrot Express has signage up in Brookfield Place. Carrot Express’ website lists this new location as “Coming Soon”.
