The Golden Age Hospitality team is bringing Bar Bianchi to 5 Avenue A later this spring, according to its Instagram page.

The concept is inspired by twentieth-century Italian design, and the menu, created by executive chef Nicole Gajadhar, will offer items like fried zucchini, rigatoni with sausage, beef carpaccio and veal Milanese, according to reporting by EV Grieve. There will also be a cocktail and wine program and dessert options such as tiramisu and affogato.

Jon Neidich founded Golden Age Hospitality in 2012 and it now has multiple concepts in its portfolio, including The Nines, ACME, Le Dive, Deux Chats and Happiest Hour.

This is not the only project that has been underway for the hospitality group this spring. What Now New York also reported that Golden Age Hospitality was reviving beloved neighborhood dive bar Lucy’s — also on Avenue A — after it closed in November 2023.

Golden Age Hospitality has hinted at other projects as well. Their website currently states that they are about to open three new projects.
