The Parcels of Mr. Moto is the brand-new, sushi delivery arm of the Mr. Moto universe, extending the brand’s omakase craft beyond the speakeasy and salons of The Residence of Mr. Moto and The Office of Mr. Moto and into guests’ homes with artfully curated, adventure-inspired boxes.
Chef Tomotsugo “Tomo” Kubo, the co-founder and chef-owner behind The Office of Mr. Moto, brings his trademark precision and artistry to The Parcels of Mr. Moto. Known for creating one of New York City’s most coveted omakase experiences, Chef Tomo presents a rotating selection of sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls that showcase pristine seafood, seasonal ingredients, and nuanced Japanese technique. On the culinary side, the vision is to make the Mr. Moto universe, and particularly traditional edomae sushi, which typically commands a much higher price point, more accessible for customers at home. The offerings highlight chef-driven compositions of nigiri, maki rolls, chirashi don, sushi sets, and more, presented as shareable sets designed for at-home entertaining.
Rooted in the same spirit of a well-traveled gourmand, Parcels of Mr. Moto is conceived as though it were a personal gift from Mr. Moto himself, complete with thoughtfully designed packaging inspired by his worldly adventures, collected parcels, and artifacts, alongside a hidden message that when solved, offers diners an exclusive discount to one of Mr. Moto’s physical dining locations. By translating the narrative world-building of The Office of Mr. Moto and the residential warmth of The Residence of Mr. Moto into a delivery-only format, while preserving the integrity of traditional edomae sushi craft, The Parcels of Mr. Moto allows guests to experience the brand’s signature storytelling, ceremony, and attention to detail from the comfort of their homes.
The Parcels of Mr. Moto is available for delivery in Brooklyn from 5:30 PM – 9:10 PM, seven days a week. Manhattan delivery to come in Spring 2026.
