EWS 90 West Inc. has filed paperwork for a concept at 90 W Houston Street in SoHo between LaGuardia Place and Thompson Street. The spot was previously home to Railway NYC.

The paperwork indicates that the concept — whose name is still pending, according to the documents — will serve as a neighborhood dive bar. It plans to offer a relaxed atmosphere, serve an extensive selection of draft beers and show vintage cartoons on televisions around the bar.

The bar will be roughly 800 square feet, with 12 tables that seat 28 and one bar that seats 12.

The proposed food menu features bites like mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders and wings, as well as Caesar salad and pizza.

Francesco Scotto Di Santolo is the principal for the bar concept. He is also part of the ownership for Strangelove Bar, Clockwork Bar and Lucky Lyndon.

As of now, an opening timeline for this concept remains unknown. What Now New York reached out to Di Santolo for more information, but he declined to provide additional details at this time.
