Crown Nuggets, a fan-favorite classic, are set to return to Burger King’s kids’ menu just in time for summer. The dippable snack was missing from the menu since 2011. The return is also part of a Burger King and Crayola collaboration tied to King Jr. Meals.

Crown Nuggets Releases Nationwide Starting June 2

Burger King has announced new additions to its summer menu lineup. Following continued customer demand, the company has announced the return of the crown-shaped nugget items starting June 2, 2026. The item will be available for a limited time, while supplies last.

Patrons across the country can find the much-loved menu offering across Burger King restaurants. This marks the first return of Crown Nuggets in 15 years.

Burger King Collaborates with Crayola

Just in time for summer, the Burger Kind has partnered with Crayola. The two brands, in order to take the Crown Nuggets revival a step further, are introducing a Crayola-themed King Jr. Meal.

Available starting June 9, 2026, the kid’s meal features a 4-pack of Crayola crayons along with a colorable crown and meal bag. The co-branded offering aims to turn mealtime into an interactive, creative experience that sparks imagination long after the meal ends.

Designed around Crayola’s art-focused offerings, the King Jr. Meal will be available while supplies last. The Crown Nuggets meal will be priced at $3.99; the meal also includes a side and beverage. Customers can also purchase an eight-piece nugget pack separately.

Burger King U.S. & Canada Chief Marketing Officer Joel Yashinsky highlighted the brand’s focus on creating family-focused dining experiences with the revival of Crown Nuggets being the latest example.

Yashinsky also discussed the latest partnership with Crayola. Known for promoting creativity and imagination in kids, Crayola’s involvement aims to make the King Jr. Meal a more interactive dining experience for families.

Anna Roca, Head of Global Partnerships, Crayola, said that the brand has been driven towards creating interactive experiences for families. This is why she states that the latest partnership with Burger King emerges as a “natural fit.”

“Together, we’re creating moments that encourage families to be engaged, get creative and make everyday mealtime experiences even more colorful.” Roca said.
