ONYX Business Solutions of Florida, Inc. has filed for bankruptcy protection. Through a Chapter 11 filing, the printing and office solutions company is hoping to restructure its debts while operations continue as normal under court supervision.​

According to the latest case details available on PACER, ONYX Business Solutions of Florida, Inc. made a Chapter 11 filing on February 12. The petition was filed under Subchapter V as the Tampa-based company met the federal requirements to qualify as a small business debtor.​

The aggregate noncontingent liquidated debts of ONYX Business Solutions of Florida, Inc. were less than $3,424,000, which will change on April 1, 2028, and every three years after that.

Last year, a 3D-printing company for infrastructure, headquartered in New Jersey, filed for Chapter 11. Black Buffalo 3D Corporation submitted its petition on December 24, hoping to restructure its debts. The company manufactures materials and equipment for constructing multi-story buildings using 3D printing technology.

Another printing company that filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2025 was Nevada-based Las Vegas Color Graphics, Inc. The company submitted its voluntary petition on November 5 amid debts owed to between 100 and 199 creditors.​
